Penthapod®
Penthapod® forms the flexible base that moves with you. Five contact points support the chair; the Top Unit gives the seat room to tilt and rotate.
How does the base move with you?
The five points of contact carry and distribute the load around the centre of the chair. The flexible base responds to shifts in weight. The Top Unit has a different role: it allows the seat to tilt and turn.

The aluminium base has a closed construction with a smooth finish. Clean gently according to the material instructions. Construction and mechanism carry a five-year warranty under the warranty terms; this does not cover every part of the chair.
