Equestrian sport · seat · aids

Explore your seat off the horse.

Does a movement feel different to the left and right? Repeat the same seated exercise on Athlete · Pro and discuss what you feel. The sensors record rotation and tilt of the seat, not the movement of your pelvis or horse directly.

Feel and compare left and right

Perform the exercise, change one instruction and repeat. Compare the recording with your instructor’s observations and your own experience. The narrow saddle leaves room for your legs.

Calibration sets a measurement reference, shown as 0°. It is not an ideal posture. Interpret the recording alongside observation and experience.

Test it in your sport

Take a specific question into your riding lesson. Your instructor assesses during riding whether and how the finding is useful. A change on Sit-i does not demonstrate an effect on the horse.
