How Sit-i Lease works.
Try and choose
During the consultation, explore which model suits you. Then decide whether to lease it for three months.
Collect your chair
Collect your chosen chair from the Professional. The lease starts on collection; the start date and return arrangements are agreed in advance.
Return and inspection
Return the chair to the same Professional after three months. Check its condition together; Sit-i settles the deposit.

Am I obliged to lease after the consultation?
No. You decide after the consultation whether to lease.
How does the security deposit work?
At collection and return, the Professional records the condition of the chair with photographs. Normal signs of use are not charged.
Any deductions are supported by photographs and actual costs. Within seven working days of the return inspection, you receive your deposit back or an itemised explanation of any deduction.
What happens if the chair is damaged?
Report damage as soon as possible. Do not repair the chair yourself or have anyone else repair it. Sit-i assesses the cause. Sit-i is responsible for product defects; damage caused by careless use may be charged to you, supported by photographs and actual costs.
