Notice differences in movement that can easily go unnoticed during treatment. Discuss what you observe and what your patient experiences. Let the patient follow along and explain the exercise you are asking for.
The movement principle
Move freely. Work steadily.
The Top Unit allows the seat to tilt and rotate. The double-braked wheels provide space to move around the treatment couch and work steadily.
Sit-i Pro
Know where the centre is. See how you move.
0° is a measurement reference, set by calibrating Sit-i. Relative to this reference, the sensors measure rotation and changes in the seat’s angle. Compare the range of movement to the left and right. Repeat the movement and see what changes after an instruction or exercise.
Consider the measurement alongside what you observe and what your client experiences. A measurement reference does not automatically indicate an ideal posture.
